حذف الحساب والبيانات
يمكنك طلب حذف حسابك في تطبيق كورزا والبيانات المرتبطة به بإحدى الطريقتين:
الطريقة 1: من داخل التطبيق
افتح تطبيق كورزا → القائمة / الإعدادات → «حذف الحساب» → أكد الحذف. ويتم حذف حسابك مباشرة.
الطريقة 2: عبر البريد
أرسل طلب إلى info@koorza.com من بريدك أو مع ذكر رقم جوالك المسجّل، وسنعالج الطلب خلال مدّة أقصاها 30 يوم.
تطبيق Koorza Club (الإدارة والمدربون)
حسابات Koorza Club تنشئها الأكاديمية لفريقها، ولا تنشأ من داخل التطبيق:
- المدرب أو الموظف: اطلب من مالك الأكاديمية إزالتك من الفريق فيحذف حسابك إن لم تكن لك أكاديمية أخرى، أو أرسل طلب إلى البريد أعلاه برقم جوالك المسجل.
- مالك الأكاديمية: أرسل طلب إلى البريد أعلاه باسم الأكاديمية ومن البريد المسجل. توقف الأكاديمية أولا، ثم تحذف بياناتها بعد مهلة 7 أيام، ويتم ذلك خلال مدة أقصاها 30 يوم.
ما الذي يحذف؟
- حساب الدخول الخاص بك (رقم الجوال والبيانات الشخصية المرتبطة به).
- رمز الإشعارات المرتبط بجهازك.
ملاحظات
- سجلّات اللاعبين (الأبناء) تملكها الأكاديمية المسجلين بها؛ لحذفها تواصل مع الأكاديمية مباشرة أو عبر البريد أعلاه.
- قد نحتفظ ببعض السجلات المالية (الفواتير/المدفوعات) للمدة التي تفرضها الأنظمة المحاسبية والقانونية، ثم تحذف.

Delete Your Account & Data
You can request deletion of your Koorza account and associated data in one of two ways:
Option 1: In the app
Open the Koorza app → Menu / Settings → “Delete account” → confirm. Your account is deleted immediately.
Option 2: By email
Send a request to info@koorza.com from your email or including your registered phone number. We process requests within 30 days.
Koorza Club app (staff and coaches)
Koorza Club accounts are created by the academy for its team, not from inside the app:
- Coach or staff member: ask the academy owner to remove you from the team, which deletes your account if you have no other academy, or send a request to the email above with your registered phone number.
- Academy owner: send a request to the email above with the academy name, from your registered email. The academy is suspended first and its data is deleted after a 7-day period, all within 30 days at most.
What is deleted?
- Your login account (phone number and associated personal data).
- The push notification token linked to your device.
Notes
- Player (children) records are owned by the academy they are registered with; to delete those, contact the academy directly or use the email above.
- We may retain certain financial records (invoices/payments) for the period required by accounting and legal regulations, after which they are deleted.
