حذف الحساب والبيانات
يمكنك طلب حذف حسابك في تطبيق كورزا والبيانات المرتبطة به بإحدى الطريقتين:
الطريقة 1: من داخل التطبيق
افتح تطبيق كورزا → القائمة / الإعدادات → «حذف الحساب» → أكّد الحذف. يُحذف حسابك مباشرةً.
الطريقة 2: عبر البريد
أرسل طلباً إلى info@koorza.com من بريدك أو مع ذكر رقم جوالك المسجّل، وسنعالج الطلب خلال مدّة أقصاها 30 يوماً.
ما الذي يُحذف؟
- حساب الدخول الخاص بك (رقم الجوال والبيانات الشخصية المرتبطة به).
- رمز الإشعارات المرتبط بجهازك.
ملاحظات
- سجلّات اللاعبين (الأبناء) تملكها الأكاديمية المسجّلين بها؛ لحذفها تواصل مع الأكاديمية مباشرةً أو عبر البريد أعلاه.
- قد نحتفظ ببعض السجلّات المالية (الفواتير/المدفوعات) للمدّة التي تفرضها الأنظمة المحاسبية والقانونية، ثم تُحذف.

Delete Your Account & Data
You can request deletion of your Koorza account and associated data in one of two ways:
Option 1: In the app
Open the Koorza app → Menu / Settings → “Delete account” → confirm. Your account is deleted immediately.
Option 2: By email
Send a request to info@koorza.com from your email or including your registered phone number. We process requests within 30 days.
What is deleted?
- Your login account (phone number and associated personal data).
- The push notification token linked to your device.
Notes
- Player (children) records are owned by the academy they are registered with; to delete those, contact the academy directly or use the email above.
- We may retain certain financial records (invoices/payments) for the period required by accounting and legal regulations, after which they are deleted.
