تحترم كورزا خصوصيتك وتلتزم بحماية بياناتك. توضّح هذه السياسة أنواع البيانات التي نجمعها في تطبيقات ومواقع كورزا (تطبيق اللاعب، وتطبيق الإدارة والمدرب «Koorza Club»، والموقع)، وكيفية استخدامها وحمايتها.
البيانات التي نجمعها
- بيانات الحساب: الاسم، البريد الإلكتروني، رقم الجوال — لإنشاء الحساب وتسجيل الدخول.
- بيانات اللاعبين: الأسماء، أعمار/تواريخ الميلاد، الصور، المجموعات، سجلّات الحضور والتقييمات — يدخلها أصحاب الأكاديميات والمدربون لإدارة أكاديمياتهم.
- بيانات الاشتراكات والمدفوعات: الباقات، تواريخ الاشتراك، وطريقة الدفع. تُعالَج المدفوعات الإلكترونية عبر مزوّدي دفع معتمدين، ولا نخزّن بيانات البطاقات على خوادمنا.
- بيانات تقنية: معرّف الجهاز ورمز الإشعارات (للإشعارات الفورية) وبيانات تشغيل أساسية.
الحالة الصحّية للاعب
حقل «الحالة الصحّية» اختياريّ بالكامل، يكتبه وليُّ الأمر من تطبيق اللاعب أو تكتبه الأكاديمية، ويُحفظ معه مصدرُه وتاريخُه. الغرض منه واحد: أن يعرف المدرّب قبل التمرين ما قد يلزمه (ربو، حساسية، دواء يحمله اللاعب). ولذلك لا يُعرض إلّا لأكاديمية اللاعب ومدرّبيها ولوليّ أمره — لا لأولياء أمور آخرين، ولا للاعبين آخرين، ولا لأيّ جهة خارج الأكاديمية. ولا يدخل في بطاقات «كورزا بلس» ولا في تقاريرها ولا في أيّ صورة أو رابط قابل للمشاركة. وهو حالتان: حالةٌ مزمنةٌ تبقى ما دام اللاعب، وحالةٌ طارئةٌ مؤقّتة (نزلةٌ أو إصابةٌ عابرة) يُسأل عنها وليُّ الأمر بعد أيّام؛ فإن أجاب بأنّ اللاعب تعافى حُذفت الحالةُ الطارئة ونصُّها من سجلّنا في الحال. ويُحذف الحقلان بحذف اللاعب، أو فور مسحهما من التطبيق. وهو معلومةٌ تشغيليّة تساعد المدرّب، وليس سجلّاً طبيّاً ولا بديلاً عن إبلاغ الأكاديمية بما يحتاج دواءً أو متابعة.
كيف نستخدم البيانات
- تشغيل خدمات إدارة الأكاديمية (اللاعبون، الاشتراكات، الحضور، التقييمات، المباريات، التقارير).
- إرسال إشعارات وتنبيهات متعلّقة بالحساب والاشتراكات (رسائل SMS/إشعارات فورية).
- تحسين الخدمة والدعم الفنّي.
لا نبيع بياناتك، ولا نستخدمها للتتبّع الإعلاني، ولا نشاركها مع أطراف ثالثة إلا لتقديم الخدمة (كمزوّد الاستضافة أو الدفع أو الرسائل) أو عند إلزام نظامي.
حفظ البيانات وحمايتها
تُخزَّن البيانات على بنية تحتية سحابية آمنة ومشفّرة أثناء النقل والتخزين، مع عزل بيانات كل أكاديمية عن غيرها وصلاحيات وصول صارمة على مستوى كل سجل. نحتفظ بالبيانات طالما الحساب فعّال أو بحسب متطلبات التشغيل والأنظمة.
حقوقك
يمكنك طلب الوصول إلى بياناتك أو تصحيحها أو حذف حسابك وبياناته عبر التواصل معنا. تُحذف بيانات اللاعبين من الأكاديمية المسؤولة عنها عند طلبها.
الأطفال
تطبيق الإدارة والمدرب مخصّص للبالغين (أصحاب الأكاديميات والمدربين). بيانات اللاعبين القُصَّر يدخلها ويديرها المسؤولون البالغون في الأكاديمية بموافقة أولياء الأمور.

Privacy Policy

Koorza respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your data. This policy explains what we collect across Koorza apps and websites (the Player app, the admin & coach app “Koorza Club”, and the website), and how we use and protect it.
Data We Collect
- Account data: name, email, phone number — to create your account and sign in.
- Player data: names, ages/birth dates, photos, groups, attendance and evaluation records — entered by academy owners and coaches to manage their academies.
- Subscription & payment data: packages, dates, and payment method. Online payments are processed by certified payment providers; we do not store card details on our servers.
- Technical data: device identifier and push token (for notifications) and basic operational data.
Player Health Note
The “health note” field is entirely optional. It is written either by the player’s guardian from the Player app or by the academy, and it is stored together with its source and the date it was written. Its purpose is single: so the coach knows before training what may matter (asthma, an allergy, an inhaler the player carries). It is therefore shown only to the player’s own academy and its coaches and to the player’s guardian — never to other guardians, never to other players, and never to any party outside the academy. It is not included in Koorza Plus cards or reports, nor in any shareable image or link. It has two slots: a chronic note that stays as long as the player does, and a temporary note (a passing illness or knock) that the guardian is asked about after a few days; when the guardian marks the player recovered, the temporary note and its text are deleted from our records immediately. Both are deleted when the player is deleted, and immediately when they are cleared from the app. It is operational information that helps the coach — not a medical record, and not a substitute for telling the academy about anything requiring medication or follow-up.
How We Use Data
- To operate academy management features (players, subscriptions, attendance, evaluations, matches, reports).
- To send account and subscription notifications (SMS / push).
- To improve the service and provide support.
We do not sell your data, do not use it for ad tracking, and do not share it with third parties except to provide the service (e.g., hosting, payment, or messaging providers) or when legally required.
Storage & Security
Data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure, encrypted in transit and at rest, with per-academy isolation and strict record-level access controls. We retain data while the account is active or as required for operations and law.
Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account and data by contacting us. Player data is deleted upon request by the responsible academy.
Children
The admin & coach app is intended for adults (academy owners and coaches). Minor players’ data is entered and managed by adult academy staff with parental consent.
